Keypad entry. It was only $75 and means I'll never be locked out.

Besides all the great "truck" features this thing has, I am especially fond of the whole SYNC system. I work out of my truck all day, and run my business out of the truck and the SYNC stuff has been awesome. I love it!

Rear view camera is awesome. It allowed me to keep my windows dark like i want em (1%) without sacrificing seeing behind me

I sold my 1996 Tacoma last summer and stepped into a brand new F150, and I had never realized what kind of technology and creature comforts I had been missing! The number one thing I could not live without, would be the reverse sensors. This new truck is a behemoth compared to my old one, and sometimes I feel like a woman trying to park it!

Another vote for the remote start and toasty seats. Next would be the backup camera and sensors.
