My truck is affected as well.
Dealer told me today that the parts are on back order with no ETA.
Anybody else?

Not the labor.
The vacuum pump is not under a recall. Your clockspring was. There's the difference.

I had taken truck in to a dealer in 2013 and was told no problem found. In 2015 truck nearly hit someone in grocery parking lot so I ordered it from Amazon from a ford superstore and installed it myself. Then I kept the old one all this time waiting for this recall.
Turned in the letter I was sent and copies of the receipt showing it was a Ford part and was told wait about three weeks. Went to dealer today and check was cut on the spot for the part reimbursement. I never even tryed for the labor. I was happy getting the 395 bucks back!
If I had gotten turned down, my next option was reinstalling that original one and taking it right back down for their replacement and then selling you guys one at a "used" price!
In both of these instances a dealer had done diagnostics on the vacuum pump which in turn created a record of an issue with Ford.

Am I the only one who is being told the parts are on back order with no ETA?

You guys that are having pumped replaced a while ago...doesn't this mean your hoses haven't been rerouted? I'm assuming and hoping this is a key part of preventing this failure in the future. My truck has already consumed two pumps in less than 39k miles.

I was also told this extended warranty is a one time thing and I no longer have any warranty coverage on the pump unless Ford decides to extend coverage on the program.

I'm being told the same here in Nova Scotia. Very frustrating because the noise is getting worse! I had mine in the week after the TSB showed up on here.

I've been waiting as well, no response from Ford yet.

Mine is going in tomorrow. If they deem it "broken" they'll order one. About a week he said. Mine makes a bad humming for about 20 seconds on a cold start and when it's been idling for a while when I'm moving trailers around my driveway, but not on command. Hope they have a way of testing it without having to hear it......

Showed the guy the video and he ordered the part without asking. It came in the next day, they picked up my truck from work, fixed it, and brought it back in 2 hours.

Easiest warranty work I've ever experienced.

Transport Canada identifies brake safety issue with certain Ford F-150 models
Minister Garneau concerned evidence shows recall required, seeks public input
November 4, 2016 – Ottawa, Ontario – Transport Canada

Canadians expect the vehicles they use to drive their families around and commute to and from work to be safe and defect free. That's why the Government of Canada doesn't hesitate to act when we identify a safety concern.

The Honourable Marc Garneau, Minister of Transport, is advising the public of an issue with the brake vacuum assist system in certain Ford F-150 models and is seeking the public's input. Transport Canada received over 100 consumer complaints involving a failed electric vacuum pump in the power brake system, which may result in an unexpected, longer stopping distance.

Following an investigation, the department determined that 2011 and 2012 F-150 trucks equipped with a 3.5L EcoBoost engine contain a defect in the pump. Transport Canada has communicated its findings to the manufacturer. After reviewing additional feedback from Canadians on the affected vehicle models, the Minister will make a final determination on whether Ford Motor Company of Canada will be ordered to issue a notice of safety defect (recall) to all owners of affected vehicles.

To protect the safety of Canadians, Transport Canada will continue to monitor this issue closely and provide updates as new information becomes available.

Quote
"Having reviewed the evidence, I've made a preliminary determination that there is a safety defect with the brake vacuum assist system on certain F-150 trucks. I am disappointed that Ford disagrees with our assessment, and that is why I'm inviting Canadians who have experienced these issues to provide feedback that will help me make my final decision on ordering a notice of safety defect. I expect all manufacturers to live up to the high standards we have set for Canadian vehicles in order to make our roads the safest in the world."
The Honourable Marc Garneau
Minister of Transport
Quick Facts
Interested parties can submit their feedback to the department by November 18, 2016 at: automobile@tc.gc.ca
In 2014, legislative changes were made to the Motor Vehicle Safety Act to provide the Minister with the power to order companies to issue a Notice of Safety Defect or Non-Compliance (recall notice) to owners in order to keep Canadians informed of issues with their vehicles. These changes came into force on May 15, 2015.
Canadians can find out if their vehicle has been recalled by visiting www.tc.gc.ca/recalls or by contacting their vehicle manufacturer or dealer.
