What noise specifically are you referring to? When does it occur in the video?

Sounds like you need to use higher octane has so it doesn't sound like a sewing machine.

20-50 it sounds like it has a boost leak almost when I’m letting off the throttle. If I’m not driving the truck hard and I let off the gas fast it sounds like a high-pitched whine from inside the cab. I was up camping with the family this weekend and my mom put 87 in the truck I usually run 93.

I don't hear anything. If its high pitched maybe you have a boost leak at or near the BOV or maybe a leak near one of the catch can connections?

Did some debris get caught in your turbo smart BOV? With the Turbo smart, you should be getting a hiss when you let off the gas. That is the whole point of them in reality. It lets the excess pressure released to the atmosphere instead of the closed system from factory.

Honestly your video and this one sound identical to me.
