I responded to a post that stated solid axles have more articulation than IFS, that isn't true. Additionally, if an IFS setup is built right, they are far superior to solid axles.
I am not saying the Raptor IFS is stronger/better than the power wagon. I am saying the blanket statement that solid axles provide more articulation is wrong.

The advantage of IFS over solid
With a solid axle the lifting of one side causes the other side to either raise or lower depending on the setup. With IFS one side has no impact on the other which provides sure footing on uneven terrain.
You guys can argue all you want, that doesn't negate the IFS advantage.
HMMWV anyone? A tad more off road capability than the power wagon...

But they do. Any basic straight axle is better than a well built ifs setup. The only superior ifs would be extreme long travel, but it only beats the straight axle in articulation. Nothing else
