I have a 12 150 it has climate control and remote start
if it is on AUTO the cabin fan should be on high till it reaches
the desired temp Mine the fan is not on I have to manual speed up the fan when I get in .
I would like the fan on high so on those cold mornings it is worm when i get in it

Mine is a menu item in the gauge cluster info screen. I believe it is under vehicle settings then maybe remote start? If I remember correctly the manual mentioned something about the fans in quiet mode.

Wink

The manual says for the remote start climate operation:
Automatic climate control for cold weather conditions,
The interior cabin will be heated to 72 degrees.
The heated seats (if equipped) will be set to high.
Rear defrost/heated mirrors (if equipped) will be activated.
I didn't see anything about fan speed. I know when I use mine it depends on how long it is before I get into the truck, and how cold it is. If it's relatively soon, like five minutes or so, then the fan is on pretty high when I get in. But if it's been closer to ten minutes and it's had a chance to get really warm then the fan is lower.

Do you want the fan blowing on high when it's just going to blow cold air? Until the engine warms enough to actually blow warm/hot air, the fan shouldn't come on at all. Once the engine temp (and thus the source of the heater's heat) warms enough to blow the temp you have set, THEN the fan will blow on high until the cabin is the temperature you desire

Now, as far as your heated seats go, that's just plain weird. Sounds like something isn't set right or not working right.

When i wake up in the morning i start the truck 10min later i get in and it is cold inside truck.
Climate is set to 72 and all set to auto turn key on and then the fan will blast
I'm sure the engine is warm by then

If set to auto the fan won't blow until the engine is warm and it has warm air to blow. If the fan blew on high right as soon as it started it would do nothing but blow cold air and actually make it take longer to warm the engine, takes 10-15 minutes of idling time to warm an engine if it's cold out. I always let mine run 15 at least but im in nd, colder here than most places.
