Since your are out of warranty, you might want to check a couple of things before ordering a new camera.
#1, Check the camera quick disconnect at the tailgate, clean it with contact cleaner if needed. Remember to add dielectric grease if you do clean it.
#2, crawl under the truck at check the wiring harness, make sure it is not damaged
#3, Pull the SYNC fuse (I think it's #20, check your manual for the right one)
#4, try a full power cycle. Disconnect the negative terminal at the battery for a minimum of 15 minutes.
If you do need to replace the camera, it's Part# BL3Z-19G490-B

My camera works when I first start my truck and back out of the driveway, but it doesn't work when I put it in reverse after driving for a little while. I'm assuming the fuse is fine, but I need to check the wiring harness and camera quick disconnect.
Where is the wiring harness that needs to be checked under the truck?
For the camera quick disconnect, do I need to remove the emblem to check it? Or where can I locate the camera quick disconnect?
