Well ,actually both. There was so much dye in the sytem that it could not refrigerate properly. I could not get 50 geg air and the compressor never cycled. After i flushed all the axcess die that some dummy put in the system , it cooled as it should and the compressor would cycle. So now i could stilll not get below 50 becuse the computer would not allow it. So after the resister and switch install i can get 40 deg air when i need it. The truck cools off in half the time on a hot day
