Default blower / wiper problems

Hey so out of the blue I have no blower or wipers. I checked the fuse for it and swapped it for another still nothing. Pulled the fuse and checked with multimeter and it's getting juice up to that point. I'm not to great with electrical so any pointers would be helpful. Thanks

So took it to ford. They traced it back to the ignition switch. Pulled the plug to test it,didn't have power. Plugged it back in and everything worked. They don't know what caused it.

Just so everyone knows the rear view camera, blower and wipers are on the same circuit so if you lose all 3 it might be the ignition switch
