On the ranger there is a mod that when you splice a wire from the blinker to the running light. This makes the running light flash either in sequence with the directional or opposite the blinker when the driving lights are on. So has anyone heard of mod like this? Thanks

There is! Lol I can't remember where it's at but look under the search bar and you'll find it.

I know, its bad when the person you are on the phone with can hear it, and they are in the car next to you.

I've been meaning to poke around the steering column and see if I can find the source and tape it up to reduce it.

I know its tied into other warnings like the seat belt because it mutes when the seat belt warning goes off

I tried a search and couldn't find anything on the volume. But never searched on removal. I personally won't remove it because then any warnings won't be audible. I still would like to find out if there is a volume adjustment

As far as I know, no volume control. I have just gotten used to it as it never really bothered me in the first place but I came for a 99 wrangler. Lol
