Belltech fail
Working on my lowering kit and belltech did not send me the spring perch for the front struts! I guess I just want to complain and I will have to put everything back together now. What a joke.
Sorry bro...damn, this has GOT to be sooo fricken frustrating. Honestly this happened to me years ago with another company...from that point on I ALWAYS inventory everything before I start the installation process. If something is not there I am on the phone asap.... very frustrating
It sucks when that happens; yesterday I pulled a running board module out of a car and when I got the new one it was the old defective part number in a box with the new current part number on it, we waited weeks for the "new" part, pissed us off pretty good. Funny thing is the one we pulled out was dated 9 months newer than our "new" part.
Yes I wish I would've went through everything with a fine tooth comb the problem is I just open the box up this morning I guess I am too trusting that Belltech would have their stuff together. I am also pretty much a suspension novice so I really didn't know exactly what to look for I saw shocks struts and lowering shackles and thought I was safe
I know that feeling... I've shared more than a few of my favorite profanities at Belltech.
I was in the process of installing drop hangers on my 97 Silverado when I was in highschool one night after work. Only had one vehicle naturally and needed it the next morning. And if you never done hangers on a Chevy with a cutoff wheel, you basically butcher the stockers removing the rivets. Well long story short, after cutting one side off, I realized they sent me Tahoe drop hangers instead of Silverado. So then I had the fun time of trying to get the stockers welded back together and put back together. And to top it off, I was doing all this at work in the shop where I wasn't even supposed to have my truck in, much less working on personal stuff.... Or screwing the owners daughter LOL. Good ol Belltech memories.

Did you contact Belltech and are they sending the part(s)? Thats crazy that you were already in tear down. You would think that a company that size, hell any company selling stuff, would have better QA.

I just reused my stock spring perch on my Eibach leveling struts. It just taps off really easy.
