I have a 2013 3.5 Ecoboost, and it's been throwing P0151 fault codes (low voltage, O2 Bank 2 Sensor 1). I haven't been able to get a datalog, due to lack of available Windows laptop. This code has happened each time as soon as the engine starts. Would there be anything outside of the sensor itself that would cause this? The only thing I can think of would be a bad connection, causing the sensor to get a lower voltage, causing the code, but I'm no expert on this.
