Default Behind the Curtain

2011 FX4 EcoBoost Screw. Anyone know what is behind the padding on the back wall? Upgrading my sound system and was hoping to mount 2 amps and a capacitor behind the seat. But it has all kinds of lumps and bumps.
Honestly do not want to tear it down to find out....if anyone else already knows. If I have to, I will....but seems like a lot of unbolting just to see back there.
