Default Another Leveling Question...

Well I just wanted to level up my 2010 FX4 Screw and the shop I went to suggested the 2.5" rough country. If it's on a perfectly flat surface, it right on but my problem is if I even hook up a light trailer it sags quite a bit. My goal was to level it up a bit and maybe go with some 33" (factory width) tires 275 70 18. In general it looks back end heavy. So the shop suggested the 1" daystar. Two questions, from pics I've seen in stalled of both they look real close. Will this really lower it by 1.5"? And second, I asked the shopabout just puttng it back to stock. They said they didn't have the original bolts and when they called the dealer they said they only sold the whole upper mount. Is there a way to put this back stock?

I'm really stuck. I like a little height in the front but don't want to keep going back and forth... bleeding my wallet in the process.

I know this has been around a 100 times, or more, on this forum but any feedback would be appreciated!

Just do add a leaf or rear block or air lift in the rear...I would go with the add a leaf. Give u more stiff rear and can haul more which won't sag.

Will this stiffen the ride too? I don't tow normally so I would hate to deal with stiff rear end all the time... I know I want everything

I have the rough country 2.5 with the 1" block. The truck sits about 1" high in the rear and is perfectly level when hauling a light trailer. I recently pulled my trailer with about 2000 pounds on the front of my trailer and my truck was squatting pretty bad. I'm going to look for some type of an overload spring that won't affect ride height or ride quality.

Air bags, run zero air and you never know they are there, if you haul or tow something, air then up
