Sounds like the normal "we don't know what we are talking about so we will just say this to cover ourselves" statement. Any part of that system that needs replaced should be covered if it operates an airbag

Mine was on and off for months....now it's been off for at least 6 months. LOL

 

So dealer just called me and told me it was the airbag control module and that it will be covered under warranty. I am glad it is cover I was getting a little stressed but hopefully that is the problem and it will be fixed. Thank you everybody for chiming in and giving some info. I will keep those who are interested updated on this post after they install part on wed
