would not be the CV .. he has not even tried 4WD yet. mite be the IWE making noise.

Good call techrep, the IWE is what I was leaning towards when I was having these issues. Forgot about those (this was about 2 years ago). I may have to dig into my files and see if I can find exactly what I ended up replacing.

I forgot to look when I got home yesterday (one of those days). My wife is looking for it now and if she can't find it, I will look when I get home.

Wasn't able to find the invoice last night. Unfortunately, my move has turned my organization into quite the opposite lol. I will keep an eye out for it and update when I do find it.

So the noise hasn't come back and my 4H and 4L work just like before. Today I got my 295/65/20 Cooper STT Pro tires on and they fit perfectly with no rubbing and no trimming. I'm a happy camper right now.
