I have had my truck for about a month now and I signed into some ford site that says I have yet to activate my complimentary sync services.
I don't quite understand what sync services is. What do you gain by having sync services activated?

directions

etc

 

I feel like i can already get directions if i type the address in. Does it add more search ability to the maps?

You can already get health reports without Sync Services. I've also heard that you can also get directions without it but have not tried it.

 

So sync services won't do too much for me then?

 

I've had my truck for a little over a year and have never activated Sync Services. Never really saw the need for it.

 

I just can't figure out what sync services even are. I feel like my sync already does stuff.
