2013 ecoboost problem
Hey guys,
I finally pulled the trigger and am trading my 2010 for a new platinum. I sign the papers tomorrow and I have the new one tonite. I have been driving the ecoboost for about 20 miles and it had almost died when I stop at slights about 5 times. Its kinda sounds like a spark plug ping when you almost kill a 6 speed and then you feel vibrations in the seat. Then right before you think it is going to die the motor surges to around 1,000 rpms. Had anyone had this problem before and should I run, its not technically mine yet. Any help would be appreciated.

I'd be looking at a different Platinum if it were I!

That's wat I was thinking. Luckily the salesman talked me into taking it tonite and signing for it tomorrow. The last vehicle we bought that acted up on a test drive was a 6.0 Ford diesel, that didn't turn out well at all

Not...
Just don't take delivery of THAT one.
Was it used as a tester or something? -how many actual miles are on it?
I love my E-Boost, but I sure wouldn't accept that one. If they give you grief, then hand them the keys saying "thanks!" and then say "bye!", then go to another dealer.
