I just turned 121K on my 2011 5.0 4X4 and it's been great so far. The few minor problems are:
The rear window defrost hasn't worked in years. Common problem but not worth replacing the rear glass.
The air blend actuator failed at about 115K and I replaced it. (easy, inexpensive fix)
The coolant degas bottle began to leak at about 120K and I fixed it with the Pegasus Racing kit. Easy enough fix and not leaks yet.
Other than that it's just been routine maintenance
(oil/filter/brakes/tires/shocks/struts)

‘13 5.0 with 70k. Only issue so far is that the rear sliding window sticks when it’s colder than ~ 20 F. So I can’t properly vent when smoking a cigar.

Default Water pump and starter

My water pump went out at around 70k, was easy to replace and wasn't too expensive I would say 180-190 for the water pump. And at 77k I have issue with my starter keep getting stuck. Issue starter about a year back and it is more pronounced in the winter months, but now every two starts or so it get stuck once hopefully it last me through winter as i don't have heat in my garage. I get between 14-16mpg mixed city and back road driving depend on the weather. AC is not too great but I live in ND so its adquate for our summer.

I think this summer I will do the following:
1. Diff and transmission fluid
2. Spark plugs. Maybe coils
3. Belt
4. Rear brakes
5. Take the front door panels out and find out the the heck is rattling in there

My only problem was the ACM, aka CD player. Replaced under original warranty. And the shock sensor is a little flaky. That is a Ford part, but not a factory part.

Upper radiator hose leaked at 122,500 or so, I fixed it with a 3 dollar O-ring and a jug of coolant. I have a small rust hole developing on the passenger rear cab corner. And my A/C is under powered for such a large vehicle.

Other than that, my only problem is that I can't keep my foot out of that Omega tuned Coyote engine and it results in terrible fuel economy.

My '13 5.0 FX4 is all the way up to 20k miles, and not a single problem to report! I'm starting to think about possibly trading it off next year(before I have to start spending more money on it), Depending on what the '19s look like.
