No issues with my 2013 5.0. Only been back to the dealer for oil changes and tire rotations. Currently at 25,000 miles

My '13 5.0 4x4 Screw has 82k and some change. It's runs nice but it was mostly highway miles I was told. (as they all say) But it's in phenomenal condition.

100,000 on mine this month, starts and runs like brand new. Zero issues so far. I changed the plugs last month and they all looked great.

Turned over 100,000 miles last month. At 90,000 I had the plugs and boots replaced per Ford's schedule. Last week the belts, idler pulley and tensioner were replaced due to a chirp noise when cold starting. 10,000 mile oil drains per the IOLM, oil analysis taken every time and it looks excellent. It uses a quart between changes ever since new. Its the quickest truck I've ever owned. I'd buy another one in a heartbeat.

My '13 has 32,000 trouble free miles. Runs really strong. Best truck I've owned!

Only 1 problem:
Went 128,000 miles on the original plugs and truck became slightly harder to start when I got a bad tank of E-85. It would take an extra 3-4 seconds turning over before starting up.
Ran the tank down and refilled with regular gas, problem went away. Still need new plugs tho! Not enough hours in the day.

I think by 2013 they had all the kinks worked out. There was some issues with the pulley system causing knock on the 2011s i believe, but they've since changed that.

I bought mine (2012) with 44k miles too and so far I've had a few issues:

* slip yoke clunk - took it to the dealer and they greased and fixed the issue
* hard shifting - took it to the dealer and they flashed the TCM and PCM and fixed it
* poor gas mileage - jury's still out on this one...only getting 11.5 mpg that stays the same nomatter if I use e85 or 4x4. Thought maybe the hubs were stuck engaged up front but i took it in and they said it was fine. I live close to teh city though so its probably that and winter gas.
