The SYNC always screws up directions. . . .2012 here.
I'll already be past the road i'm supposed to be on, but that road is still stuck on the display.
Mine vibrates 52-57 @ mph.

I have a slight shutter with 2,000 lbs of wood in the bed, but not when empty or with light loads.
I have none of the other issues. I am happy with the truck so far, it's great!
Sync works fine, I use it all the time (did the USB2 mod), no paint issues, what else was it?

Thanks Guys! I will be picking it up this week and I know the truck can have issues that will be fixed by the warranty but I posted this to see if I needed to pay attention to any specific issue before I sign the papers. I have had some issues before buying vehicles and will make them fix whatever I see before I sign the papers so you gave me the info I was looking for. I know these issues are far and few between but I don't want to start paying a 3 to 5 year loan and having it sit at the dealer before I make my first payment. I came to Ford because they build the best, but I know nothing in this world is perfect. I came here for some information on what to look for in that odd ball that may have slipped through Quality Inspection. Do I want to wait another 8 to 12 weeks to get my truck? NO WAY! but will I?? Yep, if it isn't right, I will have them either fix it, or order another one. To me it is like a fine looking woman! As hard as it is to go to the lot and see that beauty sitting there waiting and wanting to take it home, you want to check it out and see if there are any problems and pass it up if there is, We all know, just like with that great looking woman,,, there can be problems down the road! At least with the truck I can say,,, Maybe there will be problems down the road!!!

No problems with mine so far, had it about 5 weeks now. It is a 157" WB Eco and I don't seem to be experiencing any of the shudders or vibrations that others have had issues with. No hesitation or misfiring here either.
I'm really curious if people are actually getting condensation in the intercooler or not. I understand the theory behind it, but unlike an air compressor, the air is constantly moving so under most driving conditions there's little time for water vapor to condense and collect in the intercooler.
I agree that the Sync directions are a bit wonky, it took me the long way around to a local address when I tried it out once.

I've only had it a few weeks and 700+ miles. But, no problems, zero, nada, less than any. No Sync, Nav, Trans, EcoBoost, paint, etc.
I had concerns from reading on the forums too. So, when I saw someone pull up in an EcoBoost truck, I'd go talk to them. I never found anyone that had any issues. Everyone loved the truck. Now I do too!

The shudder on take off is solved with a set of Roadmasters that also improve the ride and I understand Ford redesigned a number of parts for the latter half of 2012 models.
The slight load at 55 mph shudder, from the sounds of it, is a software issue.
Other vibrations should get sorted by your dealer—including force balancing your tires.
