2012 F-150 Slight Vibration in Steering Wheel
The dealer is telling me its a characteristic of truck which I am not impressed about. What it feels like is at about 20km or 80-90km per hour I can feel a vibration in steering wheel when accelerating. I can only feel it in steering wheel basically in my hand where I am holding wheel.
Has anyone had this issue with there 11 or 12's and is there a fix?
I don't think this is the same issue as everyone is having with the shudder in the ecoboosts....

For some time I try to warn or prevent people but there are on this site who say that very few people have this problem and what is wrong , but when you do not disburse anything $$$$$ that's not a problem.
I do not hate Ford products I ordered a 2012
but when they say the problem is a product caracteristic would you buy if you had known.

I have a 2012 FX4 without a hint of vibration. You should not feel any sort of vibration through the steering wheel. I'm actually impressed at how smooth my truck is and I am VERY annoyed by any type of wheel imbalance type issues or problems with a driveshaft. Have them rotate the tires front to back and see if the vibration changes. If it does not then it's probably not a wheel balance issue, however if it changes then it's most like a bad tire, out of round rim or a wheel balance problem.

Do you have the 20" rims? They tried that with the tires. Anyone know what else it could be?
