Default 2011/2012 55 MPH vibration/shudder issue; information database

The intention of this thread is to collect specific vehicle information related to the shudder/vibration experienced on 2011 and 2012 Ford F-150 trucks in 6th gear at approx. 55 MPH. Once I feel sufficient data has been collected I will then forward this information to Ford in hopes of it providing a clear picture of the exact scope of this problem and, in turn, giving them some direction on a correction.

Again, to be clear, there are several threads that outline this issue. The purpose of this is to acquire the information of the trucks it affects. To do so I will provide a template for each to post their information. If you have additional information, please post it in the other threads related to this topic.

This is for the 6th gear 55 MPH vibration/shudder most commonly felt accelerating uphill ONLY!!!!

The following template should be used:

Model Year
Engine
Wheelbase (see below for configurations)
4x4 or 4x2
Trim Package
Assembly Plant
Build Date

Wheelbase configurations:

Regular Cab/6.5' bed: 126"

SuperCrew/5.5' bed:
Extended Cab/6.5' bed: ALL 3 are 145"
Regular Cab/8' bed:

SuperCrew/6.5' bed: 157"

Extended Cab/8' bed: 163"

In closing I think we have all at some point or another witnessed the power of the internet, either good or bad. If we all stick together, provide accurate and concise information and attempt to work proactively we can hopefully find a quick resolution to this problem. Mention and link to this thread as necessary. The more information and voice we have the more attention it will get. I will post updates as I get and give information to Ford. I have an established contact in the customer care department that in my opinion will be a helpful individual to communicate with Ford.

Thank you all for your cooperation!

This has been submitted to a mod. and will become a sticky at some point.
