It would seem the same rod/piston break on each of these various 3.5L motors blown.

You do understand that the dealership can read your ecm and tell if there was ever a tune on it even if you put it back to stock right? And yes you did say 6 grand for rpm. Again you are a very lucky person.

Well said. We'll all pay for this in the price of future Ford trucks. Too bad the people who make and "test" the tunes aren't on the hook for this, instead of Ford warranty. sounds like the dealer is less than honest with Ford.

Come on man the LS motors are no longer gods gift to motors the 5.0 has taken that title.

And I have seen many 250hp motors that when a rod or rod bolt let's go have inside parts of the motor decide they want to be outside. Lol

Nah, I'm pretty sure the EB is better than those knocking 5.0's
