'11 F150 with Sony audio/Nav. etc. Two days ago the voice command part of the phone system ceased obeying the final command (call <name>). I can talk thru the steps up to that point then it will not accept "Call name" it comes up with things such as "Call at home", "DVD", etc. Phone is synced, internal phonebook is intact, I relearned the voice commands using the tutorial, still will not function. Everything else seems to work fine. Anyone have similar experience?

Try a hard reboot on your phone, and/or delete it from Sync and then add it again.
