Default 09-14, any long term level issues?

Please post up your truck info - year, model, drivetrain, level kit and mileage.
I had issues from letting a cheap shop install my fox 2's on my 14... even with ford repairing the IWE's, still had issues with 4wd vibrating and ford wouldn't touch it due to the level. Just looking for folks that with proper install, have had long term problem free miles with a level kit!
If you could also post up tire size, and mpg hit you took when you made the change...
Want to level out my 16 but would love stats from others before I do this again... I know many say its easy to install, but I will have Ford shop do the work this time
Thanks!

2013 Ecoboost Crew cab 4x4

Bilsteins leveling coil overs set at top setting (2.25") and 3" Auto Spring rear blocks.
They were installed over 30k miles ago and so far no issues (Knock on wood)
With just the level and blocks I'd say I lost a mpg or two but I have since added bigger tires and a few other things which dropped it some more.

Unfortunately as of now Bilstein doesn't make the coil overs for 2014 + trucks but I've heard they should be coming out fairly soon.

I'm also using the Bilstein 5100's front and rear. Fronts set at 1-1/2 inches...they've been on around 20K miles with no problems. I only lost about 1 mpg at the most at highway speeds because I'm running P rated 33" tires that are lightweight.

2-1/2" Daystar...put over 80K miles on this truck after leveling with no problems.

2 inch Autospring on this one for close to 30K miles with no problems.

Going back to 2005 when I leveled my first truck I've had zero problems....maybe one day I'll outgrow this fad!!

44K on my '12. I started out at around 5K with a 1" spacer. About 20K, a 2" spacer, and 3" block. Now at 44K, I've got the BossCoilovers at about 2" +/-, and still the 3" block. No problem at all so far.

Specs are in my sig.

2011 crew cab 4x4 had 2" from 10k-70k, 2.5" from 70k-110k and Icon coilovers set at 2.25 +\- 110k-current (130k). Replaced hubs at 120k and iwe's but that was due to a cut vacuum line. None to little loss of mpg with just the level. Added 295/70/17 terra grapplers lost about 3 mpg then change gears from 3.55 to 4.10 gears and got 1 mpg back(5.0).
