I'll end up getting a Hero 7 silver probably in the near future. Just got a decent phone mount snd tested it yesterday, worked well.

Side note. If anyone is looking for recovery gear, kinetic ropes are %20 off this holiday weekend at treaty osk offroad. I just got a 30 footer. Use code 1776 at checkout. Saw it posted on Facebook

The Hero 7 is a good camera. We have one of those too. Here is a short video with the Garmin Dash Cam.

The video from that dashcam looks awesome.

Where is that taken? Reminds me of Croom WMA but the clay bowl I've been in there didn't look as big as that one.

It's on Eglin AFB Range in NW Florida. Looks like the clay was brought in for road work that was being done on a highway nearby. It was a definite surprise when we came upon it. We were trying to get to a pond to hang out, but the road was closed.

Ah, cool. Looks like fun.

Yeah, that clay area at Eglin AFB looks very similar to the clay bowl in Croom WMA, about an hour and half north of where I live in Tampa Bay.
