Default Will this work?

I posted this in the wrong section originally...

I'm hoping you guys can help ease my mind. I'm potentially going to be getting a good deal on some tires and wheels and want to ensure I won't have any fitment issues (rubbing, etc.).

So what I have:
2017 F150 XLT SuperCrew 2.7 4WD with a 2 inch level on the front. Tires are 275/65 R18 on OEM wheels.

I'm looking to get the Worx 803 Beast wheel with a Toyo Open Country AT2 (not sure if they are LT or Extreme) in 33x12.5 R118.

From the research I have done I believe it should fit but I'm hoping you guys can help me out. I do not want to do any cutting of crash bars or anything like that. And obviously dont want to have any rubbing or anything.

Thank

If I'm understanding the details correctly it's +12. I'm no tire/wheel expert by any means.

Good to know. Does this mean I will have a much wider stance? Will the tires stick out past the fenders?
