Should still be fine. Just warm it up a bit, apply it to a warm panel, and use a J roller.

They also sell 1/16" CCF. 18sqft for $30, free prime shipping.
ETA: Kilmat 80mil is on sale right now on Amazon. $56 for 36sqft. Cheapest I've seen for 80mil.

Installed 7 year old Dynamat last two days left over from my 2011 build, worked just fine, was mid 50 in garage had a heater going and used a heat gun. No problems on the two doors, it actually was a lot easier to install. The rubber was slightly tacky so it didn’t stick to your gloves, slap it on the panel, hit it with a heat gun roll it out. Tried to reposition on section, wouldn’t budge easily so, yes old Dynamat works fine and cooler temps with a heat gun works too.
i ordered Noico tiles tonight since I’ll be out of Dynamat extreme when I finish my doors and still need to do the back wall and floor. Also ordered the noico ccf to try out. I used dynaliner in the past but if the ccf is as good it’s a lot easier to stomach. Just need to find some MLV for the walls and doors. Trying to figure out floor, luxury liner pro, stinger floor pad, Dynamat floor pad or just do the noico ccf and mlv? Anyone have any suggestions?

Nice, let me know what you think. I have been looking for a good decoupler for my inner door card and door panel. Currently using luxury liner pro from second skin but am going to make a transition towards a hybrid layer of butyl with a layer of ccf on the door card. I love the luxury liner pro but it will be too thick with butyl underneath to get the door panel back on. Got some new drivers going in this spring that need a little somethin extra
