Speaker pops are gone! Rewired everything with speaker level inputs and removed the hi/low conversion in forscan. Set my gains all over and I’m on to the tuning portion.

I still wonder what happened during the hi/low conversion that caused all these issues. I work in the IT field so I'm a compulsive troubleshooter, but glad it's finally gone. Had I just went with high level inputs to begin with I would have had everything done and tuned by now lol
