Default Audio upgrade

I just got a 2019 F-150 and am already wanting to upgrade the audio system in it. I already have an amp that I bought a couple years ago and haven't used yet along with all the wiring for it. It is a Pioneer GM-D9605. I'm looking for a decent speaker that isn't too budget busting, but am looking for a quality set.
The ones that I have been looking at are:
Alpine X-S69
Morel Tempo Ultra 692
Hertz MPK 165.3 PRO
Focal Performance PS 165V1
I have not heard what any of these sound like, but have heard good reviews on the alpine and morel ones.
Additionally, also looking at a good shallow mount sub and have heard good things about the JL TW3. I want to put it behind the seat preferably, but don't know if I should got with the 10" or 12". Also, I only want to get one of them and was wondering if I should get the 8 ohm or 4 ohm one as I think the 4ohm one would be be overpowered wired up to the amp I have.
Anyone have any thoughts or recommendations between the speaker choices I have been looking at?

never heard the MPK but i have the MLK and i love them.. 692's seem to be the popular choice on this forum however so you can't go wrong with multiple positive reviews

It will be a challenge to fit that sub behind the rear seat on your own. The box design needs to really be perfect.

The tw3 should be wired to 2ohm final load, so the 4 ohm sub in parallel. The reason being that the pioneer amp puts out 600w @ 2ohms or only 350 at 4 ohms. You will just have to go easy on the gain to set it up, but that would be the preferred way @ 2 ohm final load. That way you have some overhead on your amp.

MTI acoustics does make one for $580 with a tw3 in it and then you could get their amp rack to fit everything nicely behind there.

I sell the MTI enclosures and they fit perfectly for the JL 10 or 12 behind the rear seat. As for the sub wiring/ohms, the suggested power rating for the sub is around 350 watts RMS. Going over 400 watts will void your warranty. Have I seen it go past that level with no issues? yes. Do I recommend doing that? no. For this reason I'd suggest sticking with an 8 ohm wired down to 4 ohms so it makes life on the sub and amp easier. Less heat as well. That will be a very tight fit so you'll want to keep temperatures down as best as possible.

JL lists 400w as the RMS on their website and voided just under 500.

Slowly piecing this together. Got a restocked dayton dsp-408 yesterday for $70 off parts express. Grabbed the bluetooth dongle too.
Still looking into speakers. Took the Hertz ones off the list, heard a set of them and didn't like the harshness of the tweeters.
I dont know if it matters too much, but I notice that the morel's are the only ones on my list that have a paper cone in them, while the others have something else. To me, that doesn't scream quality and justify the cost for them. I might be off my rocker, though.
The more I think about building my own box, I'll probably just go with the MTI behind the seat one. 3

I thought the same thing until I heard them.

If you have the time, tools, and ability building the box isn't that hard to do but if you would rather buy one I can get it for you. As for the Morels, they do sound pretty awesome.
