Default Tire Question

We have a 2007 F-150. We ran across a great deal on replacement tires, they happen to come on a new set of rims that were off of a 2009 F-150.

Can anyone tell me if its possible to train the TPMS sensors on the 2009 Rims to work on our 2007 truck?

Any advice, guidance or help would be very much appreciated.

Thanks a lot.

Steve

No...the 07/08 TPMS system will not work with 9/10/11/12 TPMS system..but you can swap the 07 bands and sensors onto the 09 wheels and replace the valve stems and be good to go.
