Hi Guys, need some help.
Bought some Calipers off rock auto and for the life of me cannot find where to purchase this discounted shipping label.
Further USPS standard mail box they give you won't fit the calipers.
Fedex wants $100, the core return is less than that.
Any thoughts?

 

what happens if you click on the yellow highlighted text, the directions tell you to do that, it might just be easier and cheaper to hang onto the cores

 

I highlighted that part on my screenshot, nothing happens if you click the yellow, yes I am beginning to feel that way, but quite annoyed this is so difficult when they say they have discounted shipping that is nowhere to be found.

 

Go to your order status page and look for option to request shipping label there.

 

Thanks for your response, I have the cores return ready to go there just is no option of discounted shipping, I am thinking it is not available on every order for some reason. The page I am on with the screenshot is the lower part of the "order status & returns". After I click core return it asks me two questions: store credit or refund, and do you have the original box, and that's it, no offer for purchase a shipping label from us.

As far as I understand it they have like no customer service, I tried calling WI, but it is a dead end. They don't even have email. Everything refers to those help pages.
