new here
im new here im on alot of mustang forums my truck is my driver its a 2008 stx 4x4 it has 19k miles i hate to say im not impressed
with it and will never buy another truck this new ill take my 96 f150 back anyday my 1989 mustang lx 5.0 is my baby

has no ***** 4x4 hasnt worked a bunch of times head lights didnt work they fixed it then the gauge lights didnt work thay fixed it my trailer plug didnt work from new ford fixed it now my front hubs are screaming once and awhile and when i pull my car trailer it shifts like crap also not the trucks fault but banks cat backs are junk i wash my truck atleast once a week and the cat backs wicked rusty and rattles its only 10 months old its not a bad car just not a great truck i kinda wish i saved money and drove my 96 f150 another 250k i love fords but between this and the newer diesils my next truck will be an older southern truck

Sorry to hear about that. It should still be under warranty. The 4.6 is not that great for towing. Thats why i bought a 09 also with a 5.4 to tow my 30 foot travel trailer. for the 4x4 you just have to use them from time to time to keep everything moving. just my 2 cents..

i use 4x4 all the time it has 19k miles on it and ive used it atleast 20 times its the vaccum hubs that been screwed up since new and the dealer wont fix it cause it wont do it when they have it if it does it again ill just leave it there and refuse to pick it up till the replace everything in the 4x4 system ya the 4.6 isnt a work horse i just was hoping it would be as good as the 302 but ooh well its a comfortable truck and i do like driving it till it acts up lol

Post some pictures of your truck, i would love to see it.. you can see mine in my profile or click on my garage icon in my post.. Talk to your service manger at your dealership or go to a different one. If that does not work call ford and let them know your problem.. I live in ford country and my company even plows world headquarters..
