Hello from a fellow redneck!

 

At the bottom of the screen you will see a button that says "manage attachments", click on that button and it will open a small window that will allow you to upload pics from any folder on your computer. Click on the "browse" button, find the image that you want to upload and click "upload" and when it is done uploading, close the little window and finish your post/reply. You will have successfully uploaded your pic into your post.
