Hey y'all how's it going my names Chris and I have a 2003 f150 lariat 4 door 4wd that I have a butt load of questions about.... I use my truck as a daily driver and on the weekends I use it at a local dirt track as a fire and safety truck I have a 75gal water tank and electric water pump with 30ft of 1inch hose on it.... I also use the truck to push start sprint cars and push off race cars that die on the race track and this year I now also use the truck as a pace truck before the feature races...... The mods I have done ant much but I put a push bumper on it but it's removable I took the tow hooks off welded some squire tubing like for a trailer hitch in the truck side now on the bumper side I took 2 trailer hitch reserves and welded then on there so I can slide the bumper on and off and put a pin in it to hold it....

Have any fun performance modifications planned for the truck?

 

Yep I have a 351(5.7??? I thank) I'm freshening up with new gaskets rings bearings and Springs.... Also thinking about doing a dual alternator / dual battery it right now has a small 15 or 20 inch led light bar but plan on putting two new LED fog lights another 15 inch bar in the lower bumper and a 40-inch on the roof... Also have white and yellow LED flashers in the front and strobe kit in the rear also have red blue white and yellow light bar going across the top and a rear directional bar going in the back window also I've had a 2000 Watt power converter plugged into it and it drain the battery in about 45 minutes so replace the battery with the Optima red top and planning on putting a Optima Yellow top in sometime this summer as far as inside I have LEDS under the dash and on the back walls also I put in a double din in-dash DVD player with backup camera I have one camera just above the cab as part of the third brake light and one down on the license plate.... Want to put some little cameras in the mirrors.... Also have but not put in yet a 8inch sub and 4 6x8 kenwood speakers and 2 kenwood amps ones a 125x4(for 6x8s) and one 300w for the sub... I just inherited this truck in February my grandfather passed away and his truck was all I asked for he bought it new back in 2003 it has over 290,000 miles on it and ya the motor shows its age but still runs good
