She's a 92 ext cab short bed 2wd 5.0L. I bought the truck semi recently from a good friend of mine, it was his wife's grandfather's pickup. I've spent roughly 30-40 hours on bringing the paint back and cleaning the interior. I've always for some reason liked the red interior Ford had in the 90's lucked out there. Future plans involve efi to carb swap, high rise intake, use of the stock electric fuel pump reg'd @ 6-7lbs, Holley 600 cfm carb, mild choppy cam with dual timing chain, MSD ignition, equal length shorty headers with a full 2 7/8" true dual exhaust with x pipe catless and next year doing the 3"front 5" rear drop. Staying with 15's though I'm not really into fancy huge wheels.

Have any fun performance modifications planned for the truck?

EFI to carb swap. High rise intake, holley carb, MSD ignition with NGK iridium plugs, shorty equal length headers running to a catless 2 7/8" true dual exhaust with x pipe, will be running stock elec fuel pump with a bypass fuel presdure regulator keeping pressure somewhere between 6-7lbs, it has 118k original miles so needs a timing chain replacement (hehe) dual chain running a Lunati voodoo ( something that has a cool idle but not too aggressive) and sometime next year a 3"front and 5" rear drop. There's a few things I'm still pretty interested in like converting to E85 still researching the reliability and service requirements one would expect from the 302... Thosr are starters I have almost 80% of the parts for everything listed just helping my buddy get one project out of his garage so we can pull this one in.

This is after 6 hrs of buffing just the red roughly 10 hours after the handshake. The old man took good care of her. I plan to do the same.

Welp cant really see just how bad the red was in this picture. Kinda regret not taking more pictures. I will be more active on the photo side of this daily driver/project.
