Default Hello all from SC

Hello to all. I'm new here. I hail from the great state of SC. I'm a dyed in the wool Ford fan. I've owned 11 Mustangs, couple Crown Vics, Taurus SHO. All sorts of fun and exciting Fords. But this is my first foray into a pickup truck. I am about to be picking up a 2004 New style F150 STX 2WD with a 4.6. Its not in the greatest of shapes but I'm on a budget. I'm an EMT Intermediate and work for a private ambulance service here in Columbia. I'll be having a lot of questions as this is a pretty stripped down model. No pdl or pw, cloth interior, not even a tow package. I'm pretty interested in doing a Saleen full body kit although I don't have that kind of money right now. I really wanted a Lightning but that is just not in the cards right now. I hope not to be disappointed in this truck. If its like all my other Fords, I'm sure I won't. Anyway, glad to be here. TTYL.

i wouldn't go for the body kit unless you can convince me that it won't look like a 92 civic with a bunch of wings and bondo. rear drop for sure though. welcome.

Naw man. I don't think the Saleen S331 looks like a Honda Civic. Personally. I really love that kit. Especially the dual side exhaust and the front. It is absolutely sexy.

Just don't lower it!!! Nothing ruins the looks of a TRUCK than to drop it down to the road and have to worry about every bump you hit...personally, to me that is stupid, though I know a lot of people do it...just my 2Cents...
