Default Hello

My name is Daniel I am from GA, but now live in IL. I have recently purchased a 2012 f 150 with the 3.7 v6. I am 27 and serve in the Navy so i move around from apt to apt, so i thought it wouldn be convienient to own a truck. however i have a normal size family so a small truck wouldn't work. I have been trying to research on ways that i could make it a little more fuel efficient. But every thing i find is contraversal or voids factory waranty. Any tips or advice would be greatly appreciated. Also new to the site and have not had time to look around. So if it takes me a little to reply its probably bc i cant find the information.
thanks in advance
Daniel
