Looking to replace brake pads, rotors & struts on my Ford 2012 F-150 Lariat 5.0 8cyl. Can someone recommend what brand to use for these upgrades?

Welcome .... First you should identify your vehicle...You can do this in your signature...
.It really sounds like you are throwing the parts cannon @ this trk ?? Brakes fine if you have issues....Why are you wanting to replace the struts...Are there other issues ?? For normal brakes I like wagner products (sure stops or thermo-quiet) a reasonable priced quality product.....

Lariat. Not sure how to do the signature.
My 2012 Ford F-150 Lariat 5.0
I am not having any brake issues at this time. Just haven’t had the pads & rotors replaced since 2020. Planning for 2023 or 2024 before anything just happens.

I bought the truck in 2019, and made several changes. Changed the rear shocks, but not the front struts. Again, not having any problems, I just do not know if they been changed in 10 years. How long does struts last before you change them out?

Go into your profile to edit your signature......I use Rock Auto for quality parts & usually 2 day shipping to your door.....Sounds like you need to drive this trk re: proper inspection & braking/handling etc before you replace parts....Struts tend to last a long time & you can buy a strut only or complete with springs ...your choice...Brakes of course are as needed after inspecting......

You probably do not need to 'upgrade' your brakes if you are just daily driving. In my experience the OEM braking system was perfectly fine.
And upgrade would be something like a pad/rotor better suited to take heat buildup like on a tow vehicle. Those pads don't work as well on a daily driver that doesn't generate excessive heat.
Your brakes should last more than 2 years, however I don't know how you use your truck.

The front end uses coil overs, not struts. Common phrasing mistake though.
They last as long as they last. If the truck as 25,000 miles on it, they are fine. They don't need to be replaced due to age.
If you have a lot of nose dive and/or a bouncy front end over normal road conditions, time for a replacement. As you drive and hit a bump, a worn shock will not recover very quickly.
You can inspect the shock as well, if it is leaking you would probably need to replace it, but keep an eye on it, the leak may not be enough to warrant a replacement yet.

If you aren't going to do the work until 2024, you could come back in about 15 months.
