I don't know my exact brand but have used very similar products in the past. It is essentially the same as a microfiber in your hand, but with an extension...works well.

Face backwards. Sounds crazy, but it works. Chris Fix has a video on windshield cleaning.

I use 000 or 0000 steel wool. It does a great job of removing baked on bug guts and polishes the glass. Works on windshield and windows. But don't use it on mirrors. It will scratch mirrors.

Cool. I'd love for cleaning that sheet of glass to be easier. Thanks for the tip.

Would you use 0000wool with a cleaner or just water?

I just used 0000 steel wool completely dry and it worked like a charm. I read that if you use it wet, it will rust or something, which I dont really understand cause I didnt leave it on the window, I went and sprayed it off. But yeah, success removing the whatever buildup was on it that you could only see in direct sunlight at dusk.
