Default Cleaning

The manual for the 2013 f150 recommends using motorcraft products for washing, waxing, detail, etc...anybody know if there are better products or what compares to the motorcraft ones? This is the first time I have seen washing and detailing in an owners manual.

Ford will tell you to use motor craft because they own motor craft, no reason other than that. Adams over everything, they have everything you need

I'm with you, Andrew. Seems AutoGeek is making a real advertising push with postings here lately, might be good stuff but I'm happy with Megs quality AND price, especially when I can get it on sale frequently.

I went with mequiars and mothers, so far I'm happy with results. Didn't see much difference using clay though. I thought that after claying the reflection would then look like a mirror smooth reflection, mine was still kinda fuzzy. After clay I waxed and got a good shine, but fuzzy reflection, not what I expected, did I miss something?
