Mobile site problems.
Its the ad CONTENT that i feel is unacceptable!!!
If IB wants to pander to that kind of people, maybe they should develop a alternate lifestyle forum.
Again, MY SUGGESTION: a paid, AD FREE version would be an acceptable alternative. There are many apps that offer that feature- its not impossible.

You can become a paid subscriber and avoid the ads.
But MANY ads that are the problematic ones (and ads in general) are based on YOUR web use, not what the site chooses as a category. That ad says more about you than the forums.

Ads that get served are largely based on the ad networks interpretation of your internet activity. I Google "crooked lawyers" and I see an ad for a local lawyer. I Google "Richard Simmons" and I see an ad for exercise equipment.
My biggest issue are the pop-ups that completely take over your browser, forcing you to close everything and start over. Sometimes it'll be problem free, other times I can't use the site for 30 seconds without them cropping up. It all seems to happen on the mobile web version.
It must be. I've changed settings, etc. Still get the pop-ups. It is what it is. If I use the full version on either PC or my phone (got to zoom in to see anything on my phone, lol), it works fine.
There is no rhyme or reason to anything that pops up- im strictly mobile through the GT app-
I dont rent equipment, ride motorcycles, or buy chevy trucks either- but i get a boat load of ads for them also.

Bear either iPhone or Android has browsers and ad blockers to avoid most of this issue. I tried the last app update for about 2 minutes till I figured out it didn't fix squat! Uninstalled it asap.
