WOW!!!
Well went in for the 4th and got to work on my junk a little bit...
Put her on a diet and lost 175lbs

Stripping down the front end.

Had to fix the core support, pulled the horns and changed the mirrors

Figured I'd give ya'll a shot of the inside, It's pretty rough but it's getting there

Had a black hood and painted grill shell so I swapped out the billit piece(looks better too IMO)

I love the no bumper gap!

Well I don't have too, the new lift is going to make it sit a good bit taller than where it's at now, but yes I am gonna trim some of the bumper.

Basically where the lower black spot is I'm thinking bout starting halfway of that and going around to the front. (I personally think it's pretty big and a little EURO) so I'm gonna cut it down to size...
And I couldn't pass up loosing 45lbs on the nose of these heavy pigs where it's needed the most

Good to hear that your going to cut front down! It dosn't look good right now IMO! The work is looking awsome
What is your plan for the truck when you get it done? Are you going to show it or just drive it?
My plans are to bury it in my pond, the first week I have it done.

It's more to the right a little dog leg shoot off to the side... Straight aheads out of the question it's about 13-16 feet deep
Besides that, I got a surprise today. Some TEA stage3 heads

And a few parts I've been gathering for a motor build,

Heat exchanger

Rods

Pulley Bridge, 8# lower

S/C
Ok heres the deal guys...
Both trucks will be S/C, I just can't figure out which trucks gonna get the built longblock. It will be putting down ~500HP while the one in my Harleys putting down ~400HP
Should my track truck or my mud truck get the built motor? Any suggestions guys...

No kidding, that's a beast of a truck. You and Jesse are the only two fully functional 4x4 SAS swapped 97-03's I've ever seen that regularly hit the mud.
We've been toying with the idea of eventually SAS'ing my truck but it'd be purely for "Look how stupid tall I can make my 2wd" ... because it's mudding days are done. Transmissions aren't cheap!
I suggest the track truck get the higher hp block, the truck just needs torque.

I'll be using a 2 wheel drive transmission this go around
the 4r100 out of my Harley...
The exhaust,

Still need to get 2,3" 90* elbows and a maggie 4" i/o. But I still need a handful of parts and the list keeps getting longer, but I plan on ordering from summit at the same time.
