I recently updated my 2018 F150 from 3.0 to 3.4 and it was definitely worth it. I really like the color scheme and the "darker scheme" at night. That darker blue is much calmer then what was previously there. Surprisingly it is also much faster. Maybe it is just because it is a fresh install, but it does seem quicker.
I also was able to install an updated USB module in my truck to have a USBC to USBC for my phones.
I did make a video on doing the install with CyanLabs. I'm very happy I made the update to my truck.

It’s not a big change, but a welcome change.
I had a 2020 F350 with 3.4 so it seemed like a bigger deal with 3.0 on my F150.

Can you explain how you updated/replaced the USB module?

If you are updated to 3.4 latest build, and latest navigation, is there any reason to have the truck connect to your home wifi?
The wi-fi is only for updates?
