Default Sync question? Help

I recently used a usb drive with Amazon songs i have purchased and plugged it in my 2010 supercrew. After reading the usb, voice said something about "can not play copyright music.. yada yada". i missed the rest. Now it just stayed in "Sync Line In" and can't play anything. after awhile, it'll say USB removed. I tried the other usb that i originally had that played fine, that doesnt work either. I can see the light on the usb flashes and then stops. When i remove the USB, it'll say "usb removed". Im not really familiar with this Sync thing. Please Help

fjc335,

Which system do you have? http://owner.ford.com/how-tos/sync-t...c-version.html Let me know, and I'll help.

I don't even know. Purchased my 2010 F150 supercrew used. I haven't done anything or update to it. I don't have any touch screen or nav.

I'd recommend trying a master reset: http://owner.ford.com/sync-technolog...ter-reset-sync Remove the USB before performing the reset.

Also, log into your Owner account to check for updates: Owner.Ford.com Once you're in, select the SYNC & HOW TOS tab (at the top) then select CHECK FOR SOFTWARE UPDATES.

Keep me posted

Thanks Shaay, I was thinking a master reset should do it too. I'll try that and let you know if it works.
