I put a new fuel pump drive module on and now my fuel pump makes a whistle noise when I turn the key can anyone tell me why

Hi Eddie, I have to agree with the others. I hate to say it, but you are spending a lot of time and money on a problem that I think someone with a little more experience could fix pretty quickly and likely for less money than you've already spent on the problem.

 

We all like to fix it ourselves ,ego stops us from seeking paid help . This vehicle may have been in flood or something , more than one problem . If you don't have electrical mind or experience, best to find real help . At this distance real hard to remotely fix it .
I had to go in where electricians failed at my work because they were more mechanically used ,some were no good at troubleshooting circuits . Some guys no amount of training was going to make it any better .
Not every one suited to electrical , same as music I couldn't learn a thing about it . I'm just not ever going to get musical .
