I’d agree with Scorge too. I had this happen twice on my bmw and it turned out to be an electrical leakage. The first time I resolved it with a new battery. About a year later I went for a new alternator, and that was it. I would invest in a multimeter (about 10 bucks on amazon) and keep track of your voltage.

Follow the biggest cable from your battery to where it bolts to the chassis. Make sure both ends are clean and well connected. Then follow the main cable from your battery to your main fuse box. Again, make sure both ends are connected tight.

As others have said, it sounds like a ground or main power issue. Not likely for your whole box to fail (but possible), but it the fact that so many different and otherwise unassociated systems were affected, sounds more like an upstream/ feeder type issue.

Did you install the CD player?
And did this all happen after the CD player install?
How is the CD player powered and grounded?
Do you use the cigar lighter socket?
Did you try replacing the starter relay in the fuse box?
What else does the cigar lighter fuse supply power to other than the lighter socket?
Did you check the grounds under the dash board?

Something is going on with that cigar lighter fuse circuit which needs to be fixed before going any further.
Could be either the CD player, the cigar socket or another device powered by that fuse that has a semi short circuit or an improper ground.

yes I installed the CD player but it is not in the truck right now I took it out when it quit running. yes it did happen after the CD player. I used the lighter on occasion for like cell phone chargers. the fuse box came with all the fuses in place or at least that's what the ford dealership told me it is weird that the cigar lighter fuse was left out being as I had to put it in .not sure what else it powers besides the code reader which I can't use because it wont start

You have grounds in both the left and right kick panels ,clean them good .Are You sure your battery good? Monitor battery volts at batt terminal to see if its collapsing during your attemps . Try headlights and starter . If you are in salt country I would bet on some real corrosion problems . You need some help with some electrical knowledge . A monitor on battery acn be as simple as a 12volt bulb clipped in . Maybe try this stuff jumped to a good vehicle.
