Loaded with driver/passengers (small kids)/cargo targeting max trailer weight of 8,000 lbs (more likely a ~6,000 lbs trailer) with some breathing room on the payload capacity.
That is a great looking truck in that color. I woulda thought it’d have more payload with the 9.75 axle and tow package though. My 145 crew with 2.7 /8.8 only has one pound less at 1677 with no tow package. Guessing 4wd adds a bunch of weight.
A little late but here you go. 2019 XLT 4X4 SCrew 6.5 box HDPP max tow. A few other options but I don't recall what they areor how much of an impact they have on the payload capability.
I have the same truck as you but a 2013 HDPP. 4x4, crew, XLT. Mine came stock with the heavier rims and heavier e rated tires. Each tire/rim is 8 lbs more so 32lbs PLUS you have the light aluminum body, mine says 2200. So you are telling me the aluminum on a 2019 vs a steel 2013 body XLT HDDP crew 4x4 only has a heavier payload of 250 lbs only?

tow packages don't add payload capacity. 1678 with a SE Lariat is actually pretty good.
3.5 ecoboost always comes with the 9.75 rear end.
I did a TON of research before ordering this truck (I can tell you how much each option weighs). For this class of truck with this combination of features, 1,678 lbs payload capacity is actually really good. When optimizing for the constraints of the features I wanted and the payload (and thus towing capability) that I needed, only Ford can achieve this payload/towing capability. Best I could get with other makes:
Chevy Silverado Trail Boss: ~1,540 lbs
GMC Sierra AT4: ~1,490 lbs
Ram Rebel 1500: ~1,290 lbs
Tundra/Titan: didn't try
But wait the F-150 I ordered doesn't have the same off-road capability! True, the dealer forgot to add the FX4 package, which boosted my payload by ~60 lbs. So in reality, if my build had the FX4 package it wouldn't be at 1,678 lbs but rather something like 1,618 lbs, which still beats the next best (Trail Boss) by ~80 lbs (~800 lbs towing). (I'm kinda glad they forgot the FX4 package, I can go get better after-market skid plates / shocks anyway.)

What is the GVWR of your 2013? That may account for the aluminum truck only having a few hundred lbs more payload. GVWR of aluminum HDPP is 7850 lbs....(I'm assuming the steel bodied truck is a higher GVWR but don't actually know)

Mine had a few additional things (tailgate step, running boards, etc) that might have had an impact on the payload... If I can find the window sticker I'll post it
