I've got the aforementioned truck without a HD payload package, and my truck lists a payload of 1786 lbs. I'd like to see how much the payload increases with the addition of the HD payload package. As many of you probably know, the numbers on the Ford website often differ substantially from the real-world numbers on the sticker.
I think HDPP adds either 550 or 800 lbs to GVWR. Ford's website shows 7050 as GVWR for standard trucks configured as yours is. They show 7600 and 7850 as options with HDPP. I don't know what the difference would be between 7600 and 7850.
That doesn't necessarily mean another 500-800 lbs of payload though. Since the heavy duty components weigh more, the curb weight of a truck with the HDPP will be more than a standard truck. Getting a pic of another truck wouldn't be a very accurate indicator anyway. Way too many other variables to consider. I've seen guys post payloads of 4X4 Screw XLT's that ranged from 1100 lbs to 1900 lbs depending on the individual truck.

Thanks in advance
No pic handy of mine but would be comparable to what you are looking for. Mine is a 2019 Lariat HDPP (with minimal extras, 3.5 eco with max tow) with a sticker reading of 2503 lbs. An XLT will usually have at least this payload, if not a bit more. HDPP GVWR is 7850 lbs from what I've seen. Add 800 lbs to your payload and you will be +/- 150 lbs of that depending on how you option it from factory.
And for reference my 2015 Lariat eco 3.5 max tow NON HDPP truck payload was 1680 lbs (main differences being it had side box steps and the front bench seat). So 2503 lbs - 1680 lbs = 823 lbs increase with my HDPP.
Rosey7, I thought the highest trim you can get in the 2019 HDPP was the XLT. I have the 2013 HDDP and when I was looking ONLY the XLT could be made with the HDDP not the Larait.
You can still order the HDPP up to 500 or 501 package in Canadia.

Yah, somebody beat me to it but us Canucks had Lariats as an option for 2019 but is no longer avail. for 2020...
Loaded with driver/passengers (small kids)/cargo targeting max trailer weight of 8,000 lbs (more likely a ~6,000 lbs trailer) with some breathing room on the payload capacity.
A little late but here you go. 2019 XLT 4X4 SCrew 6.5 box HDPP max tow. A few other options but I don't recall what they areor how much of an impact they have on the payload capability.
