no gas from tank

87 f150 fuel pump new.. runs great outta truck - but will not pull gas from tank. any ideas??? read there r & r not pumps n tanks.. ??? also where r the darn relays ???? cant find any

driver side inner fender area, i thikn there green and grey. theres 2 pumps, 1 on the frame and 1 on the tank(3 if u got dual tanks)

Your '87 has 3 fuel pumps, one inside each tank and one on the frame rail. If it won't work with either tank then the frame mounted pump may be bad. There aren't any fuses under the hood of an '87, just fusible links bolted to the solenoid and relays on or next to the air box.
